Distribution Details

Distribution times are limited and doors open and close promptly at the following times:

• Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM
• Saturday, 10 AM – 1 PM

Our distribution is now at a new location.  We are now conducting distribution at Dayspring Church of Christ at 400 N. Chowning Ave. Edmond OK  73013

Please arrive at the Dayspring Church of Christ during the above times and park in the designated parking areas to the north as shown on this map as P1 and P2.

You must bring the child/children who will be receiving the clothes.

Instructions & Income Verification Forms

If you did not receive a notification letter with instructions and the income verification form in the mail, you can download them both here.  Page 1 of the instructions is English and page 2 is español.  Please print the Income Verification (CDBG) Form, fill in out completely, and bring it to distribution.  Income requirements are subject to change according to state law.

Please bring a utility bill as proof of address or a copy of your child's report card.  We accept electronic versions (on your phone).
